This year's Canton Fair attracted over 310000 overseas buyers from 223 countries and regions, an increase of 7.5% compared to the previous edition, setting a new historical high. Among them, 214000 purchasers from countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road", an increase of 9.4%, accounting for 69%. The European Union, the Middle East, the United States, and Brazil have seen significant growth in buyers, with growth rates of 32.7%, 13.9%, 14%, and 33.2%, respectively. 158 industrial and commercial institutions attended the conference in groups, an increase of 12%. Among the 550 purchasing groups, 406 leading enterprises, such as Target of the United States, Carrefour of France, and Bird of Japan, attended the conference, up 7.9%.
