Domestic Rubber Material Performance Continues to Improve

With support from key material research projects, domestic HNBR rubber has achieved pilot line breakthroughs, leading to significant reductions in procurement costs after large-scale production.

With support from key material research projects, domestic HNBR rubber has achieved pilot line breakthroughs, leading to significant reductions in procurement costs after large-scale production. Leading enterprises improve the aging resistance, high/low temperature tolerance and fatigue resistance of rubber components by adjusting formulations and vulcanization processes, gradually narrowing the performance gap with imported materials. Material localization not only reduces supply chain costs for manufacturers but also provides more controllable assurance for the quality stability of mount components.
